Block-wise /village wise data detailing the target and achievement figures for beneficiary categories covered under AB-PMJAY and MMJAA schemes. The dataset includes the Ayushman card issuance status for each beneficiary/member, along with an indication of whether at least one Ayushman card has been issued per eligible family. Additionally, the beneficiary category is also specified for each family. Aadhaar address is also provided for families in which atleast 1 Ayushman card is issued.

Data of individuals having age 70 or 70+ , which is available with family ID team, has been taken from Family ID team and shared on data.ayushmanup.in portal that can be accessed using login credentials provided to Nodal officers (file name: District_, for example: District_Lucknow. Data includes required columns to trace and identify the beneficiaries.

Two new column beneficiary mobile number and ration card address as available in NFSA data is made available in aforesaid data for categories i.e. TPHH, STPHH, AC and AAY covered under ABPMJAY and MMJAA.
